Can someone with posting of photo's knowledge be able to tell me, in simple langue, how to use this forums posting procedure. Jeff has explained about the photo tab but I'm lost from that point on. TEXT I'm red in the face TEXT for not knowing how to do this. OT

Hey OT, here's how it works...
When you press one of the buttons to insert a picture, it puts in "img" and "/img" in square brackets, with "URL" in between them. This is your prompt to replace "URL" with the address to where the picture is. This is analogous to the <img src="URL"> HTML tags from the old forum style.
So just push the button, and replace "URL" with the URL to where your picture is located...
Does that help?

Hi Jeff, I will try and post a photo but my problem is when I have saved a scanned photo it goes into my document files and I can't seem to find an URL/jpg number to copy and send it to the forum. With the old Kinzli forum I would hit the upload photo and then the browser button and it would take me into my document files and then I would double click the photo that I wanted to post. ;D Maybe in my next life God will give me some brains. Aha, now I understand, and Dan had mentioned that he thought that's what you were talking about Ok, at the top of the forum pages is the link to the upload facility. I'll make a quick change on it to give just the URL, since the <img src> stuff isn't necessary anymore. Thanks OT!

Thanks Jeff and Dan for being so patient and for helping me out. You guys are great folks. Ralph by your post it looks like you figure it out way before me. I think that you have a much sharper mind then me. Have you set the time on your VCR yet or did you use the black electrical tape method that I suggested. OT
