Hello Gayle,
Nice picture of Countney and her friends Gayle, Special times like these are neat.
I can't help but notice those old houses in the back ground of the second pic, I can sense barber coins and maybe even seated for the taking. Ever thought of getting permission to hunt these older homes? Many times older coins are right on the surface of these types of older homes.
Thanks again for sharing, paul

Paul, you see the white house in the bottom picture? Well, the owner is a friend of mine. When they redid the backyard I got to detect it. 1 merc. and a 1947 track medal from the los angeles coliseum. Anyhow, I think that was the year. I let her keep it--house history.
Oh, she has TWO sets of twins. She laughinly said that I had to uncover the fertility idol buried back there, ha ha. I hope they dig up the front lawns, it is really old as the interior of the house is awesome. Really high ceilings, I mean like 20' tall and beautiful crown moldings. Alameda has some great victorians and older homes. I ask all the time, you never know. AG
