so here is my other toy. I've been tinkering with this the last few weeks so I have not been "hunting treasure" too much. Had to replace the starter and coil. Yep, it has a coil too!! To replace the starter, I had to basically remove everything that is under the seat, including exhaust, oil tank, battery, etc. $150 part but the shop wanted about $250 in labor, so I did it myself. What would take the shop about 3 hours took me about 3 days!! ;D Tough to tell in the pic, but it is PLUM CRAZY Purple on White!! I think most of you probably figured out the white part!! Oh yeah, like Jeff's car, the neighbors know when I go for a ride!! HD Ron (CA)

Ron,
I have never seen anywhere a big scooter looks like that. How you going to strap the Big E to it. I say it needs some big silver bags...sidebags, whatever they're called ["silver bags" works here]. If I see that pirate's monster parked at one end or the other of the eucalyptus path or at central park, I'm gonna raid the silver bags, call it a day, and come home and claim(probably accurately) that I increased my silver finds for the year by orders of magnitude. Then I'm gonna call the cops to report that the "Rocklin Bandit" just rode into town.

Nice ride Ron,
Just curious, What's the helmet look like. Is it full face or one of them German style helmets?
I quit ridding bikes years ago, I'll try to look up some old pics and post a few. May have some doing wheelies and ridding one backwards. Be careful Ron, HH, Paul

Great ron, I don't have to worry about you any more, you do have a nefarious bone in your body like the rest of us.
Great looking ride & a attention geter for sure.
I was big into bike's when I was younger, use to buy them like I do detector's now, numerously speaking, & that's why my body is so beat up & leaning to one side now.
Be extreemly careful when you ride, today's driver's of aotomobile's are more dangerous then ever.
Thank's for sharing, your bud.......j im

Beautiful ride, Ron, that's a machine for sure! I like the idea of silver bags on it, I can just see you cruising down the freeway, bugs in your teeth, Explorer on the side, and the bike leaning to one side 'cuz of all the silver in one of the bags A few years ago I thought I would venture into the world of Harleys, but I ended up spending the $$ on a home theater instead. Not sure I made the right decision yet, but my wife thinks so (with her X-Files DVDs) That's a great bike, Ron.

Ronnie..................
You've got yourself a real head-turner there, I know I'd look twice, nice bike.
Now, if you'll spend more time on your CRAZY PRUNE, and less time in our parks, we'll all be happy.
He must have taken the training wheels off, for the picture.

As you all know, I thrive on the attention!! ;D It does turn heads and sets off a few car alarms too!! It is low and slow!! I lowered it 1.5" so it forces you to take the corners slow and wide or else the sparks fly!! Paul--The Beanie of course!! It usually just sits in the garage looking pretty. Every now and then, I push it out and wash it up and let all the neighbors tell me how they are going to get one someday!! Thanks HH Ron (CA)
