Welcome to the forum Mickfin, I see our forum Ballerina has spotted you, don't worry, he's harmless. To your question, including above suggestion's, any time your driving by the older area's of town keep an eye out for demo's such as street removal, sidewalk's, boarded up older home's, older home's that are being removed, ect., a good way to get lucky with little investigation.
