I'm considering purchasing a used XLT. Is there anything I should be aware of regarding used equipment? Are there any tests, other than normal operation, that indicate the quality of the equipment? Should I be concerned if the equipment is 1 year old? 2 Ys old? 3 yrs old? thanks.

Depending on when you are going to be hunting. you might want to make sure the back light works if you hunt in the dark.and look at the screen to make sure there is no significant damage the age shouldnt be a major factor as long as the machine was taken care o0f and not abused. Good luck.
