Geez Gayle what a cool story. My dad ran a fishing boat for 20 years out of Berkeley Marina. I remember seeing those glass floats all the time while we were out there. Geez, I should have netted a few. Thanks for the story, Cruzin.

Glass Fishing Floats brings back old memories. Here is a short story about a small part of my life aboard a submarine in the early 60s that concerned Glass Fishing Floats. (Go to the second story on the page) www.homestead.com/GudgeonSS567/Gudstories.htmlElker

Great Story Gayle! I remember in the 60s lots of family friends having them hanging in their patio area. Especially people who were abalone hunters or clammers. What family owned seafood place around the Bay area was complete with some hanging from a net? Gary
