Hi I don't know if any of you know this little trick, but all my pictures have been done on my scanner. The trick is to put a small white ice cream carton over the find then scan it to get a 3D effect. Ron.

I would like to learn more about this "LITTLE TRICK" as you say I think the Scanner is the only way to post your finds unless you got one of those High dollar macro-camera thingy's Do you use Hagen-Daus, or Bryers? Inquireing minds want to know Guess I'm trying to say, I don't understand how you are using them and what part of the carton are you using The little round Ben & Jerrys Or the big box ones Ok I'll stop Think I'm gonna get in trouble with this one HH TIM

Hi Tim, It's the round deep part of the carton, I just place the coin or artifact on the scanner then try and centralise the carton over the item to be scanned. Set the scanner to file type Save, save as type Jpeg. Do a preview scan and then draw your square around it and do a final scan, it will then go into my pictures automaticly. Then Freeimagehosting will pick it up from there. Ron. ;D
