Well went out again today, started in Stockton but the park I wanted to hit hasn't been mowed in awhile and the grass is about 3ft tall Came home and messed around for a little while, decided to just go drive around and check out some other town's.Saw one that had a small demo, came back to it after I checked out a couple of other place's.Started hunting got this iffy signal, started to probe it and there it is laying on the ground.Picked it up saw it was a bullet and then noticed it was a 3 ringer :omy first one.I also got a chinesw cache coin and a few wazzits and a button, that I lost again :-[HH,Tom

That is great Tom, congrats on the 3 ringer. There must have been some else around, as a 3 ring mini usually isn't an iffy signal. Those things can blast your ear off if is a large one. That is great you found it, WTG, JimClick

Hi ya Tom
I agree with Jim..those signals are seldom "iffy".
There are different calibers of those thre ringers..though not sure how many. I'd go and check to see if there are surrounding areas you can hit.
You are getting back there..in age. There could be some good targets around there.
Definately worth a second go at it.

Awesome Tom! There is something about that feeling when you are holding those 3ringers! I too agree with Jim, there must of been something else there as well, those 3ringers can clap out a pretty loud signal!
