HELP! I posted a picture and I can't see it. But, when I look at the posting at work, the picture is there. Any ideas, anyone? All this darn spyware/virus stuff I have is driving me crazy! Zone Alarm and the Spy Sweeper from Web Root. Thanks for any help. Every time I get an update from those folks, I experience all kinds of problems and have to start over. And, I'm not that computer literate! I want to surf the web, not manage it! Thanks!

If you're talking about your post in this thread, then yes, it's there. If you're not seeing it, something on your end is busted

HELP! Anybody have any suggestions on what I can do to see the pictures I post? I can see them at work, but not at home. Same goes for some of the other posters, like boxtopp, I can see their pictures at work, but, not at home. I have XP pro at work and XP at home with zone alarm and spy sweeper . Everytime anything changes, I have to do something to make it like it was before the "updates". Sigh!!!

It's probably your antivirus or firewall. Here is how you can tell. On the bottom right of the xp screen next to the date there are some icons for the programs that are running.
Right click on the spyware package and disable it. Then try and view a picture in the forum.
If that is a no go then try the other security icons down there. Disable each one , one at a time...... and test it.
You should be able to determine which package is creating the problem then check the setting for that package. Most likely the reason you cannot see the images is because of the virus protection that companies are implementing that blocks .jpg files from being displayed.
I had the problem for a day when norton antivirus was pushing updates. Someone reported the problem to them and the fix came out the next day. I did a live update and problem solved.
